OAK DESIGN + LASER CO. began as a personal creative outlet and grew into a full-fledged design studio rooted in intention, craftsmanship, and thoughtful branding.

Founded and owned by Marcie Clifford, the studio reflects a lifelong love of design, making, and visual storytelling. Originally from Virginia, Marcie studied at Penn State, where her appreciation for structure, creativity, and problem-solving first came together. Today, she lives in Connecticut with her husband and children, balancing family life with building a business driven by creativity and care.

What started as a passion project and an outlet to create, design, and work with her hands, quickly evolved into something more. OAK DESIGN + LASER CO. now partners with businesses to develop brands from the ground up, offering logo design, full branding and rebranding, and custom branded merchandise, alongside thoughtfully made customized goods.

At the heart of the studio is a belief that good design should feel intentional, whether it’s a visual identity representing a growing company or a custom piece created to mark a meaningful moment. Every project is approached with attention to detail, a clean design eye, and a genuine investment in the final result.
